We’re an experienced team of Data Warehouse and Data Mart specialists supporting business operations in four Asian countries, split across our locations in Prague and Brno. 

Our mission? Together as one, we gather data from source systems, prepare it for meaningful use, and ensure our databases are running smoothly and reliably. Our systems support a wide range of use cases – from regulatory and management reporting to business process monitoring, call list generation, behavioral data computation, and ad hoc analytics for business teams. We currently manage over 20 databases, several of which hold more than 200 TB of data. 

Your future role

• Work with analysts, managers, data scientists, and reporting teams to gather and clarify requirements 

• Break down requirements into manageable pieces so the dev team can deliver iteratively and effectively 

• Provide system and functional analysis, including solution design 

• Understand the structure of our systems and how things work under the hood – your insight overlaps with developers, enabling more autonomous work 

• Track analyzed requirements across their lifecycle and support the team along the way 

• Contribute to data modelling and keep documentation clean, clear, and up to date 

• Suggest improvements to processes and documentation as you go 

Your experience and skills

• A genuine enthusiasm for data 

• Proficiency in SQL 

• Basic understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and architecture 

• Analytical mindset; previous experience in analytical or architectural roles is a bonus 

• Fluent English 

• Experience with large-scale Data Warehousing projects 

• Oracle DB know-how 

• Familiarity with tools like Power Designer, Informatica, Enterprise Architect 

• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Atlassian Wiki
