As our Strategic Account Executive you will be responsible for managing the relationship between EmbedIT and customers. At our core, we believe in moving forward, and together as one, we ensure that our customers are satisfied with the services we provide.
In a nutshell, we do not expect you to search and onboard completely new customers but rather accelerate real progress, “harvest and upsell” the current customer base.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing customer relationships: You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with one or more customers. You will work closely with all customer-facing departments in EmbedIT to ensure that each customer receives the highest standards of service.
Acting as a customer advocate: You will act as customers’ advocate to ensure that all departments understand customers’ requirements and respond with the right quality of service.
Become trusted advisor: You will become a trusted advisor and will build and strengthen relationships by keeping customers informed about emerging technologies
Consultative Selling: Accurately relay customers’ needs to the relevant parts of EmbedIT such as software engineering, product management or infrastructure services. You will develop and execute strategic plans to grow and retain your assigned customers.
What you’ll need:
Senior experience from a similar role with exposure to top management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
Strong presentation skills and ability in problem solving and negotiation.
General understanding of sales best practices
Ability to work well and stay organized under pressure in a dynamic and everchanging environment
Proven experience with customer-facing delivery roles is a plus
Willingness to travel up to 20% of your time
